GRIPPA beam crawls are of the highest quality offered within the United States. The units were developed and are manufactured in South Africa for the harsh mining environment of that region. GRIPPA is an DIN EN ISO 9001: 2000 quality company. The beam crawls feature integral anti drop plates, the wheels are machined from solid steel EN8, have sealed bearings, are designed for low headroom use, are constructed with materials that are certified and traceable, have anti tip blocks to prevent wheels riding up onto the beam flange in the event of side pulling, fit a diverse range of beams, and each are tested through 100,000 cycles at 1.5 times safe working load and 4 times safe working load destruct test. Models are the BC push series, the BCG geared series, and the ADJP quick adjust series. We also offer the GRIPPA crawls in spark resistant units, stainless steel units, and large capacity units – special production.
